Taxi to Donostia

How to get to San Sebastian from Bilbao by taxi?

Connecting the two jewels of the Basque Country should not be a headache. Our taxi from Bilbao to San Sebastian offers you a direct transfer, without transfers or waiting, in premium vehicles that make the journey part of the pleasure of discovering these two extraordinary cities. From the industrial and artistic energy of Bilbao to the Belle Époque refinement of San Sebastián. From the Guggenheim to La Concha. From the pintxos of Plaza Nueva to those of San Sebastián’s Old Town. It’s only an hour and 15 minutes on the motorway, but they seem like two worlds that complement each other perfectly.

Why choose our Bilbao-Donostia taxi service?

Because trains have fixed timetables and stations far from the city centre, buses make stops along the way that lengthen the journey, and driving yourself means you can’t enjoy the scenery or work during the trip. We pick you up wherever you tell us (hotel, airport, private address, station) and drop you off exactly where you need to be in San Sebastián.

The Bilbao-San Sebastián taxi price we quote is the final price. No surprises, no luggage surcharges, no motorway surcharges. You can travel with complete peace of mind knowing exactly what you are going to pay.

The route: more than just a journey

The journey along the AP-8 motorway takes you through spectacular coastal landscapes. Halfway along the route is the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Closer to San Sebastián are the flysch cliffs of Zumaia (the setting for Game of Thrones) and the fishing villages of Getaria and Zarautz. If you have time, we can make strategic stops along the way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience with Gonzalo from Transfer2Bilbao in mid-July. He picked us up at Bilbao Airport and immediately made us feel comfortable. He recommended a great place in Bilbao for a quick bite, then took us to the Guggenheim Museum before driving us all the way to Cantabria to pick up our puppy. Gonzalo was extremely careful and considerate with his driving, especially once we had the puppy with us. On the return trip to Bilbao Airport, he even stopped along the way to get us local pastries to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend Gonzalo and Transfer2Bilbao more! 🚗🐾🥐✨

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Muchissimass Gracias Gonzalo!!
